The Silent Thief
ASolo & Team: Certificate of Participation for everyone who finishes.
BFrom
MetrLoom: immediate access to a 6-month DataCamp scholarship - all
courses, professional certificates, and a sandbox with 10,000 AWS/cloud credits monthly to
practice what you learn!
The Perfect Imposter
Solo & Team: The prize is completely hidden. It's random, its colors shift, and it changes every time you look at it... just like a chameleon (^-^*)
Hint: the phase mascot is not random... and neither is this prize.
The Deep Threat
Solo & Team: The first 5 hackers (or teams) to finish each get:
** If a team finishes, each member gets a domain + 50 EGP. The team counts towards the 5 spots.
The System Ghost
Solo & Team: The very first hacker or team to complete this phase takes the grand prize:
** If a team wins, the prize is split equally among members.
Side Quest!
The first person to share a working solution for Phase 02 in a public group gets exactly 2 Cakes (Tortas) as a thank you for sharing knowledge! :)
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
- No Jumping: You must complete the phases in order. The difficulty ramps up, so you can't just skip ahead.
- Team Sizes: You can play solo or in a team of up to exactly 3 members. Manage your team in the Account page!
- Respect the infrastructure: Do not launch DDoS attacks or use automated noisy scanners that overwhelm our servers. The target is logic, not bandwidth.
- No player versus player: Collaboration is encouraged, but actively messing with other participants is grounds for an immediate ban.
- Leaderboard: When you join a team, your individual ranking is hidden and you appear under your team only — even if your solo rank was higher. If you leave the team later, your individual ranking will be restored.
- Prize Eligibility: Each contestant is eligible for a phase prize only once. If you win a phase prize as a solo player and later complete the same phase with a team, you won't receive the prize again (and vice versa). Your teammates can still win if they haven't claimed that prize before.
